We currently offer a pre-paid support package to our customers as it enables them the flexibility to use their time purchased either for reactive support or maintenance, with the knowledge that we will be dealing with their problem within 4 hours of taking the call. The pre-payment lasts a year from the date of payment received. If all hours are used up before the end of the year from the date the payment has been received then they can top up again, but this payment still takes them until the end of the year’s agreement agreed at the outset. The cover is for Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00. Any support carrying on or started after this time is charged at £35 per hour or part thereof, with the same guaranteed response time of within 4 hours of taking the call. Support for Bank Holidays and Saturday or Sunday is charged at £60 per hour with the same guaranteed response time of within 4 hours of taking the call.
So far we have found this package most suitable for small to medium sized organisations, but of course this package is negotiable and we could discuss any variants to suit your particular needs.
