We charge £35 per hour for ad hoc call out support where no fix maintenance agreement has been arranged with us. For very small jobs like resetting a password or unjamming a printer we charge in 15 minute intervals. Our daily rate is £200 a day, and for half a day our rate is £110. A more cost effective option would be to take out a maintenance contract with us. We will be available to you within 4 hours of making the call. For all our customers who take out a maintenance contract with us, telephone and email support is free of charge. Charges for special projects that could last up to a week or more are negotiable and you should contact us for these rates.
